The coolest prac ever !

Nyek nyek nyek!!!

We had lectures on "Hop Breeding" today, before the prac, and personally i'm not that interested in the topic, but as usual, that's followed by a 3-hours prac on the same topic.

And here comes the cool part :D

Each of us were given two glasses (~375mL) of beer :O roughly named the "English" and "American".. brewed by the Spanish lecturer, Prof. Miguel deSalas.

And that's pretty it.

We have to drink it, taste it, smell it, do whatever u think is necessary, and write a scientific report on it.

Good thing or bad thing?

Sigh!

And for those who knew me inside out, i do take alcoholic drinks but not beer :( And i ended up looking like a tomato after just a few sip. Beer only wei!!

For sure, im gonna die on this report lor. 10% wei....... Geez.
Totally no idea when they comment the "english" one tasted more smooth. *Gulp*
